The season of duck hunting Wyoming usually starts in the month of September. As the winter season creeps in and the temperature cools you are treat to some amazing scenes as waterfowls begin to appear. Wyoming is a great places to hunt and has a wide variety of birds.
Some of the species of ducks you may encounter in Wyoming are teal, gadwall and widgeon, the bag limits is for six of these ducks from the Central Flyway or seven from the Pacific Flyway.
In Wyoming hunting begins once the duck season has been opened by the authorities. This hunting activity starts at sunrise and participant ca n hunt until 4pm.
As with all states there are important rules to follow during Wyoming duck season that all hunters heed carefully. Dogs, archery and falconry are permitted by the state in the list of hunting techniques/tools that hunters can utilize as long as you have the correct permits.
